I am a country girl now (have been for about 6 years now) and I LOVE IT. We have a huge lot and lots of privacy, not to mention a safe place for our kids to play and a school with small class sizes! I'd have a hard time going back to live in a big city!

Well I survived the ski trip! Two days of skiing and no broken bones- Damn i'm good! lol. I must admit that being a good 25 lbs lighter than last year made a huge difference in my skiing! I had no trouble keeping up with the teenagers- or my young son! Yeah for me!

Hello everyone...Well I'm still going to the gym..I've been almost everyday..It's so motivating..I've been doing good eating too..I just tried the sweet & spicy tuna in the package..It's really good.

Wendy - sorry to hear your sick..Hope you feel better soon..

Susie - Glad to hear you had a great time sking...sounds like fun..I would like to try it one day..

Meg - What is your new exercise challenge?

Wendy - So sorry to hear that you're sick. Take lots of vitamin c and I also find that peppermint tea makes me feel a bit better. Hope that you feel better soon.

Susie - isn't it wonderful when you do something after you've lost weight and can notice the difference? I mainly notice the loss in my pants - they now sit as 'hipsters' and I'm just glad that most of my work shirts are longer so that my undies don't show! Especially as I work mainly with men!

Donna - I'm doing the Self Magazine Challenge. They have it every year and it's for 3 months. Cardio and toning and an eating plan (although I don't follow that as the foods are too different from those that I can get here). I did it last year and really did notice an improvement in my fitness levels. I'm now on day four and have also added some stretching in as well.

Okay, time to go bug an engineer to finish my document, so that we can send it out.

Wendy - Sorry to hear that you're still feeling yucky! Hope that it's not too much longer.

I've done a bit of work today, and the boss told me that we'll start with two building next week, so that's something to look forward to. I've been getting really worried as there isn't much work around, and I've only been here a year. I've decided to start working on a diploma in draughting so that if I need to look for other work, I have something concrete to show! I have lots of experience, but no qualifications except a certificate!

Anyway... have just had a chicken and mushroom pie that was not op, but was needed to feed the TOM! The bit of fresh air and the walk and pie has made me feel better (but the drugs may also have helped!)

Hi Girls!! I'm feeling alot better today,although not 100% yet That's ok,let it run it's course.....

Meg,good job on working towards your diploma!! I'm still up in the air with all that. I was going to enroll in Collage to get my teachers assistant certificate but with not knowing where I'm going to be living in the fall I'm having a hard time with it all. I suppose I have to wait another year to get in now

Friday again! Wow this year has been flying by! It's already ST. Patricks Day!It's been a good year so far I think! I haven't seen the likes of my ex-husband since before Christmas and that is a total bonus!! I hope it stay's that way! Still waiting for the "divorce",it was supposed to be final as of Feb/06 but he isn't playing fair as usual,still has to screw the system.
Today is a good day,I'm feeling better,R.J. is not that bad today either,and I'm 100% there mentally today!! You know how sometimes you just feel like you ain't all there??Well, that's how I've been feeling lately because of this cold....But I'm back! Whoo Hoo! And I've lost 5lbs.....again! This time it's staying off!

Going to do some house cleaning and work in some exerciseing with it,I'll check in later,good day to you all!
