Hey Wendy - nothing worse that not being able to stop eating, even when you're full/not hungry etc. I do hope that binge challenge works for you!
My mom in hospital today for a colonoscopy. Doc bit worried as she feels like she's got a bladder infection, but not. Might be another one, but the antibiotic hasn't helped. Don't think it's cancer, but she is on cholesterol meds that do block you up and she has a dodgy bowel anyway! My diet ok, but did drink/eat a small container of custard that was definitely NOT SBD friendly! Have been behaving so far today.
Maybe we should post up front again to get some more people?
Meg, I am glad to hear that your mom is ok. IBS seems nasty, but I am glad that it isn't cancer (!!!)!

Well, not sure if most on here remember me, but I used to be fairly active on here. I've been pretty down, but I am starting to get back on track and I want to get back to semi normal. Things are just nuts, but I think I am finally starting to heal.
Weight wise I'm doing good...still 157 lbs and I've been excercising like crazy these past couple of weeks. I want to join the game here, but want to wait until the new game starts. I want to get down to 140 lbs (that's my goal!)!
So far I'm doing ok today...I've eaten a bowl of cereal this morning (Frosted Kelogs). I am probably going to have a slimfast for lunch. Going to go work out around 2:00 probably.
It was yummy Wendy! For a snack I had teddy grahms today too! Tehehe. Today I'm doing good so far...about 1350 calories. Tonight I am planning on having some tuna after my workout. I wil lsee where my calories are at then (my goals is 1600).

i've been down too. not doing good at all and really feeling stressed out, constant headaches, everything annoys me, lights are too bright, everything too loud. i want to go outside and scream at the neighbours kid to shut the F* up. i am in a bad bad way. if i don't sleep soon i really don't know what i will do
correction if i don't get a decent amount of sleep in one go, refreshing relaxing sleep. i'm at my wits end
Today I did so much. I did more spring cleaning, went walking and went to the neighbors for dinner. They make homemade spaghetti sauce and homemade apple pie and it was so good. They also make homemade wine. Had a small glass of that and it was so good. I usually don't like wine. I'm doing terrible this week with food, but at least I'm exercising. Have a good night everyone!
Hey Sweet...it's Lisa right? I can't quite remember. I am so sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time! I know I am just reading now, but what is going on? Hang in there. Have you talked to a sleep specialist? I know that would be $$$ but maybe it is time? That might be old news though. ((((((Sweet))))))

I just spent about an hour and a half at the gym. I feel pretty good. Today I am doing good. Just ate tuna with some crackers a little while ago.
Questin...I hit maybe 1350 caloreis with the tuna just now. Is that enough for the amount I'm working out (1/2 hour pretty heavy lifting and 35 pretty heavy ellipitical)? Over the week I am averaging about 1500 calories.

i have been to sleep specialist but they just gave me the drugs i have now. but maybe i can try and find ANOTHER sleep specialist. actually it's something i'd like to do. open a sleep clinic to help people like me but i guess you have to be a doc for that. i am a psychologist but i don't have my masters. wonder if that counts. hmmm food for thought
tess - glad you're doing well. 1350 calories may be too light but it does depend on the quality of the calories and the main thing is getting enough protein and a balancewd diet. have you tired fitday.com? they count calories but also tell you % fat, protein etc

Tess - glad to hear about all the exercising. I only did weights last night, but will do some cardio again tonight. It will be the stepper for a change and I think I've got about 45min to do!
My mom bought some chocolate yesterday and I'm really proud of myself for not having any! I did have two slices of wonderful seed loaf with sf marmalade instead. Wasn't going to do the weights, but there wasn't anything on tv so I did them anyway.
Sweet - so sad that you've still not had any good sleep I wish I could send you some of mine! Have you tried something like acupuncture? I know it works for headaches and other things and maybe it will work for you? If nothing else, it will probably relax you.

yes have tried acupuncture, actually the list of things i have tried is endless. so far nothing works long term. some pills work for up to a week but nothing has long term effect.
