Weigh in day once again. I am up 2 lbs. Not too surprised though, it's a PMS week and I know I am retaining H2O. Plus I did not excercise enough. It will be much better this week, I have promised myself. Hope you did good. Let me know.
Hi Emjay Well no loss for me but no gain either so it could be worse. I did not work at it this week like I did the last 2 though so it's my own fault. Seriously it would be much worse, I know, if you werent still showing up here. I just cant seem to stick with it alone and I do a little better than I would normally just because I hate to come in and tell you bad news..lol I really appreciate the accountability and support. I just wish everyone else would come back! We had so many that were regulars then we both missed a few weeks awhile back and all of a sudden, we come back to find the thread empty! Oh well, the two of us will just keep trudging along anyway lol. Hope you have a good day today. Not sure when I'll be able to check in next but hopefully soon. Miki, Good job on maintaing. Wish I could have done the same...but oh well I knew it was a bad week. Just walked the dog 2 miles. I am really going to step up the excercise and be more consistent w/ it from here on out. I found a new pal that will probably be checking in here tomorrow, her username is angel33. She is a lot like us in some ways and has about as many lbs. to lose. So we are all in it together...

How are you today? It's been a little crazy around work today, so I haven't been around much. Well I do have some good news. Today was my WI day and I'm down 1lb. Finally. After not losing for 4 weeks now the scale seems to be coropating again. I came pretty close to giving up a coupe of times but I'm glad I didn't. The other interesting thing that I found was that last week I took my measurements. Well to my surprise in a week I have lost an inch in my waist, an inch in my thighs and 1.75 inches in my hips. I wished that I had taken my measurements when I started 10 weeks ago. Oh well.

Good for you on the pound down. That is great. Do you always WI on Tuesdays? I always w/i on Monday. Sorry I didn't get here till late. My work schedule varies alot and I am working days most of this week. I do not have a computer at work only at home. So what time do you have to get up to do WATP before work??? If I work days I usually don't wake up early enough to do it. I am trying to decide if I will do a tape tonight or walk outside. Well talk to you later.
Yes my weigh in day is every Tuesday. I figured Mondays were bad enough without adding my weight into the mix. Therefore I settled for Tuesday.
My day starts at 5:00am so that I can do my am workout. Let me tell you it wasn't easy at first but I'm kinda getting used to it now.
Didn't get a chance to do my evening workout last night, but I did run around outside with my daughter. It was a blast. My husband just bought here one of those motorized jeeps.
I will definitly get my second workout in tonight. I just got a new salsa dancing workout, so I might mix it up a bit and try that one. I'll have to see how long it is. Its kinda hard to work out with a 2 year at your feet.
Well I should normally be at work right now but I had an employee call in sick so I had to split my shift and I go back at 5:00pm. It sucks making two trips to work and back in one day w/ gas prices and all. Oh well now that I am home I will do my 2-mile watp and get some laundry and cleaning done. Did you do salsa last night? I have a dance tape but I didn't like it much because it is too involved w/ too many steps to learn. I love the simplicity of watp. Although dancing is great for you (look at Kirstie Alley).
No I didn't salsa. The tape is almost 50 minutes long and there is no way that my 2 year old could sit there for that long. So instead I did my normal 2 mile WATP. It's funny because she's now watched it so many times that she even knows when its almost over. She has become my little cheer leader. When I done do my work out she claps and say " YEAH MOMMMY". It makes me feel really good.
That sucks that you have to drive back and forth to work. But atleast you are to get a few things accomplished before you have to go back.
Sounds like its going to be a very long day for you.

Oh I had a bad day yesterday (foodwise that is). I was like a bottomless pit when I got home from work. Friends stopped by and my husband, who had worked late, ordered pizza (of course I had already eaten my dinner of a frozen WW meal and a few other things) so I wasn't going to eat any but I did, I had like 3 peices. Pizza is a huge weakness for me. Oh yeah I had a couple of mixed drinks too, I use diet cola but I mix it w/ Captain Morgan and I guess that has a high sugar content (no wonder I like it). I got off to a better start today though, I walked 3 miles outdoors w/ a friend at 6:45AM (I meet her a couple of times a week after she gets off of a 3rd shift job to walk). She walks a little slow for me, I have sped her up a little though. Today we did the 3 miles in 1 hour, not too bad I guess. Food was better today too, but we are having guests again tonight for a fish fry, I am going to try and eat very little. And hopefully get a watp tape in too. Hope everything is going fine w/ you two.
Well I didn't weigh in yesterday AM. I had an out of town meeting I had to leave early for and by the time I got home I couldn't bring myself to do it. I never skip a week but I'm going to skip this week and w/i next Monday. Otherwise I have been trying to fit excercise in daily. How did everyone else do w/ their weigh ins???

My weigh in was this morning. I was rather excited. Down 2 more pounds for a total of 20. Also lost 35 inch in my chest, 1 inch in my waist, 1.25 inches in my hips and 1.5 inches in my thighs.
Feeling pretty good today.
Leec, glad to have someone else posting with us! Welcome. I hate that I cant get online more than I do. I'm sure MJ is thrilled to finally have someone else in here also.
I hate to admit it but I am out of control again. I cannot seem to get on track and stay there. Work is driving me crazy. I cant seem to eat right when I'm stressed. I actually sat down at the computer to try to type a letter to my boss asking for a raise. Recently, for over a month, I worked 50 hrs a week, sometimes more. I had just started a new position myself but had to do that plus another's while she was on maternity leave. (she had the baby earlier than expected so I didnt have time to train...just had to "wing" it.) It was exhausting. I was told somewhere around the middle of Feb that once he looked over the budget at the end of the quarter (March), he'd adjust my salary. Well, here it is May already and not another mention of more money. Patience is one thing...being taken advantage of is another.
Sorry but had to vent a minute lol. Anyway, there is no point in weighing this week because I know without a doubt that I have gained and I cant bear to see how much. I get depressed about my weight, then I go eat. Then I"m depressed because I ate! Crazy huh?
Ya'll just bear with me and keep coming here to post. I promise sooner or later, I"ll get on track and stay there and ya'll can help me do that with your inspiring posts.
