Morning all...
Nothing much new to report again. I have my weigh in tonight at JC. Anxious to see how I did. I've been tempted to go on the scale at home, but I stayed away from it. I need to buy a new one. I like those digital ones. I'll have to check out the prices on them. ROCKER: "Never Say Goodbye" is on right now on my XM Radio. I am listening to the 80's station and they play Bon Jovi a lot. I am a sucker for 80's music. Love them. I also love the 80's specials that VH-1 has. They crack me up and they bring back so many memories. SPILLIE: How is your mum doing? I hope she's doing okay. I will continue to keep her in my prayers. How are you doing otherwise? Everything okay? TWIDDLE: Hope you're feeling better. Seems like something is going around. A lot of people at work are sick. YIKES. So, feel better soon. VIVA: Thanks! I am trying to get on here when I can. I don't know if I'll have much time when "Busy Season" starts, but I will try my best. Good morning chicklets!
Ugh...I'm struggling here. Been eating everything in sight the last few days. Official WI is tomorrow morning, but today showed a 4.5-pound gain. YIKES!! I didn't think it was possible to do that in a few days. Some of that might be water retention...fingers crossed. Maybe tomorrow won't be quite that bad...toes crossed. Guess we'll see. I don't have much to say. Still sick. Still have medicine head. Struggling to get through every day. I'll check back in later. |

Quick check-in... Crap to do as well as a meeting this morning. ROCKER: I tried out my Pasta Express and I had whole wheat pasta and some sauce with 2 chicken tenders in it. For dessert I had a Smart Ones Choco. Chip Cookie Dough dessert. It was good! What did you have? Hey Twiddle, Dutchie and Spillie. Viva is out! |

Sorry I was MIA yesterday, I just wasn't feeling right and didn't want to bring you gals down. I still feel a little out of it, but not as bad. Mom should be home today from the hospital. They found two ulcers in her stomach; one is bleeding and the other is black (don't know what that means) so they are now sending her to Temple where she might have to have surgery for the bleeding one. I'm going to have to break down and fix my car, need it to get around and visit mom and do the things that she can't do. On the bright side I decided to try Core out for a while. It really isn't that hard; I love the freedom of not counting pts. I guess I could have done Core all along. Most of the foods that we eat are Core, so now let's see how this goes. I've been cooking and bringing in all my foods to work (breakfast and lunch) and I've been bringing in snacks as well. Went out on Sunday to the produce junction and stocked up. So far doing really well. TWIDDLE saw your post about the cake, you made me throw up a little in my mouth. DUTCHIE I hope WI was a good one for you. HI CHICKIE and you too VIVA.
