Good for you on the workouts, that is great!!!
My hubby did go and buy me the Bowflex Sport!! It took him 4 hours to put it together, and set us back $800.
But, hopefully in the long run, it is worth it.
I also got a book on it called The bowflex body plan, or something like that.
You also only workout 3 days a week. I have decided Mon., Wed., and Fri.
I am going to try and do my treadmill the other days.
I have given myself a 6 week challenge.
We will see how it goes.
I am not going to weigh in every week either.
I am going to shoot for every other week (who am I kidding, I will be weighing in)
