Well, i'm a little dissappointed today. I gained my pound that i lost last week.

I know its probably water but GRRRRR!!! Oh well.. its a new week of losing it again! I did my pilates video Monday night and i am still sooooooo sore! I forgot how much it hurts for the first week!! But i lost my first 20 doing it 2-3 times a week so i'm starting again!

Well today is pretty good so far, i had a dry bagel for breakfast and brought a salad for lunch. Now i just need to be good at dinnner
