Oops, no sooner did I post this than I fell prey to another Slimfast can, so the total's 2100. I should be ok with the other four cans of this stuff I have as I want to save one for the friend who gave me the pb and take three traveling with me tomorrow.

Better start this week hope I can keep it up. Yesterday I didn't eat the yogurt but did stick pretty close to my menu . Other than my son in law stopping in with an open bag of barbecue chips I had a handful of course. But on a saving note I did make it to the gym and did the treadmill for 2 1/2 miles and burned 226 cal in 37 min. so I guess I am even????????? Amarantha thanks for your kind support!
Tues. weigh in down again thank the Lord!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe it was water wt. as long as its gone I don't care what it was!!!!!!!!!!!
Tues. Kashi cereal 1/2 c and 1/2 grape nut flakes and a splash of 2% milk
Lunch- salad w/ turkey breast and cukes, tomatoe w/ olive oil and balasmic
1 pear
Dinner - chicken on the grill w/ lemon and garlic
broc. w/ feta cheese Water , water, water and coffee2 , exercise
Will add the rest later but this is the plan subject to change. I am trying to preplan and hope it helps stay on task better. One can only hope!

Hmmm. Mine from yesterday seems to be strung out over several posts. I was too tired to wait for the edit screen. Here's mine for Tuesday:

Mini Greek pizza
Omega 3,6,9 capsule
Electrolyte beverage
Baked Lay's (two small bags)
Electrolyte beverage
Slimfast (original)
Slimfast (low carb, e.g., sugar free)
Carlos V bar (Mexican white choc)
Protein shake (ice, Designer Whey vanilla-praline powder, vanilla soy powder, Splenda, water)
Edited in: Apple!
Edited in: Whole wheat roll w/butter spray
Calories: 1560

Exercise: 65 minutes jog/walk in neighborhood AND in the house as it was hot

I'll edit if I add another shake tonight but don't really want it, may later.

We have one more day in June ... do we want to do a July thread? Consensus, please!?

celery (lots)
2 svgs fr yogurt (200)
1 small piece lemon meringue pie

In all honesty, Anagramatic, I'm leaning towards a sabbatical, too, or maybe a new kind of challenge, but I just wanted to see what everyone's thinking was. If someone posts this thread again for July, I might hop on board again, though. Can it really be July already?

Yo! Well, I'm officially announcing that I'm taking the day off from journaling! Huzzah! It's been a great and helpful experience ... we've carried this journal on for two months (or maybe it was more, I don't remember). I'm not inclined to be the new thread starter if there's one but (as stated above) might (or not) hop on board if there's a July thread and the enthusiasm starts up again!!! Can't decide what my focus will be for July yet ... other than work!

mix Kashi cereals w/skim milk
Swiss cheese on 2 slices ww/Foreman'd
celery
red beets
more celery
ground steak/rice mixture
slimfast meal bar

Add 1 svg fr yogurt

No exercise, enough water

Since June has ended I'm going to take a break from journalling here. It's been very informative and helpful. Just need to do something else for a while.

Today I'd better get my butt to the gym, I haven't been since Monday. I have let a few bad choices in the last couple of days too much bread not white though, at least that is something. Not really over eatting but not doing what is best for me thats for sure. Then there is the 4TH now that means a picnic at my sisters, I will attempt to do good choices. Maybe I will exercise before the picnic so I can induldge in a few things without harm to myself.
Take care and I will catch up later.
Sky fire fly Happy 4th everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!
