Walked around a grocery store which again seems to be reorganizing and hiding things.
45 minutes or so. Still low on water.
Well off the wagon yesterday!Opps!
Lets just say did well for breakfast and lunch then total screw up with a nice big fat burger and some fries, fudgie just over all messed up. But today is another day and once in awhile we just have to fall off the wagon to see if we can climb back on!

Romaine lettuce, peppers, mushrooms, almonds, cheese and olive oil w. balasmic vinegar
1 low carb yogurt
Dinner: 1 ham and cheese sub. little mayo, olive oil / vinegar
1 piece hard candy
Exercise: Walked 15min. , 4 flights stairs, chased 4 grandchildren around
Water: 50 oz. / Fresca no cal/ no sugar w/ slice of lemon and lots of ice.
Weight: 167.5 Today I keep flexing on that last lb. lost. Start weight 179lbs.
This surely isn't an easy task trying to change our ways but in the long run its worth the effort! Keep up the good work everyone!

Exercised an hour in the water today. Two more cups needed to reach my new goal for drinking water and I'll make that yet tonight.
Then there was the food - oh, yeah, that. Not my best day.

Enjoyed the dinner w/friend that led me to such high calories today. Social eating is definitely my downfall.
Girls thanks for all your support! I think that everyone is doing well and by getting on here on a regular basis is very important to all!! Stay on the wagon somedays are a bit bumpy for me but as long as I try to adjust it should be okay. I have a doc appointment this month we'll see what she thinks its an annual so the weight has come off since my last visit for sure.
Wed. Kashi puffed cereal w/ milk
Lunch- created thrown together broccoli salad, 1 1/2 cups broc. , red onion, fresh mushrooms, 2 slices turkey bacon some poppyseed dressing mixed with 1/2 red wine vinegar. Made it in the a.m. let is settle ate it for lunch! Not bad!!!!!!!!!!
Dinner: 1 piece of 50% fat free colby cheddar cheese
later: shrimp with garlic sauce 1/2 cup of rice
1 fudgie
Lots of water and 2 cups of coffee, 1 lemonade oopps!!!!!!!!!

I will have to swing around my dinner calories a bit to adjust! Lets see if I fall off the wagon its a good possibility!
