Holley: (((HUGS))) Wipe those tears my friend. You are the Queen of organization. Take a long soaking bath. Then sit down and write out a new game plan.
As for ds, let him know you believe in him. He'll do fine in time. He is probably the artistic type, passionate, and Moody.

slept like the dead for 8 hours. Woohoo!!!!!! 2nd night ina row!!!!
Yesterday was relaxing. I was still feeling monumentally burned out but not over the edge of reason. I think hubby is feeling neglected. We need to schedule a date. I again spent lots of time one on one with DD. We have so much fun.
A lot of the time I am dealing with DS behaviour and don’t get to enjoy her as much. We did go for her Bday pony ride. And the 2 girls that came with us gave her ponies to play with. It was charming.
I ripped up the hallway carpet upstairs and the under-pad was GLUED down. AAAAH! Freaks. Everything in the house was done *** backwards. Much scraping had gone on.
I am signing up a new Avon rep for my team this aft and another tomorrow. Weehee. That gives me 4 ballots out of 25 to win a 27 inch TV and 2 towards a diamond ring. Gotta love the incentive stuff. Plus i will receive a $250 bonus for signing up 5 people in less than 8 campaigns!!!!!!!
I am gong to hire a cleaner to do a fall clean with it!!!!!!!!!!!!
I rock.
Okay vacuuming and laundry to fold this morning. I have the aft OFF!!!!! May just dance around naked to some Doobie Brothers.

Have a footloose day!!!

Hi Ladies,
Time got away from me at the end of the week so I was MIA.
I was VERY unhappy when I weighed in at TOPS on Thursday. I had a 2 lb gain and I was shocked! I have been eating on plan and working out. It's hard when your body responds that way.

I am very proud of myself for not giving up, and binging after that weighin. I decided that the efforts will eventually show themselves.

I had a good weekend. I got a lot done. It makes me feel better to have things organized.

Holly: HUGGSSS...I know how you are feeling. Hopefully you were able to push that overwhelming feeling aside and came up with a game plan. I know that you are very capable of getting back in control.

I've got to get to work but I wanted to check in.

Susie

Default Rough weekend

Hi all! Boy, this weekend was a rough one; they always seem the hardest for me w/food and water.

Good report: saw the doctor on Thu and have dropped 2 lbs since last month. It's only a tiny movement on the scale, but I'll take it. Been trying to meet w/her regularly for weight mgmt talks and getting prepared for gastric bypass next year. I think I'm taking the plunge. It still requires discipline, so I'm trying to get that in check ahead of time.

Debbie - Sorry to hear about all the home issues! Hope you got those all worked out.

Susie - I know how discouraging that is to gain pounds when you think you've done so good. New Lady Fitness keeps trying to tell me I'm "developing muscle and muscle weighs more than fat". Yada, yada, yada. I know it's true, but when does the weight come off??

Holly - Glad you finally got some rest. Sounds like you needed it!

Penpal - You are SOOO close! I'm jealous. Stick around here and be an inspiration for the rest of us, OK?

Annie - I'm sure your friend's weight is going to keep coming off. Is she having any trouble after surgery? Just curious...

Shamer - Are you getting in that 100 oz? I'm having the hardest time w/water now that I've declared it to be my Halloween challenge!

Have a fantastic week, ya'll...

Talking

Hey,
The guys are about thru with my plumbing. We decided to put in a gray water line for my washer. So ds is doing that now.
I've done fair on food and excellent on water. I really dont expect a loss when I WI wednesday. I didn't get to curves last week. I hope I do better this week.

Heather: my friends mother had the lap-band procedure done. She lost 90+ lbs in the last 8 months. She had to change her whole way of eating but she is just now starting to increase her exercise. She has done excellent. That is a lot less invasive. Every couple of months they inject saline to tighten the band and she keep loosing. She has had no side effects and I think see only took off a week from work.

Holley: BIG and warm wishes. Hope your day is going well.

Later

Yikes Deb~hope all is resolved.

Goodmorning Starshine......
blink blink Is it really morning? I have been doing the morning run around for almost 2 hours. It is nice to sit.
I have a bit of a headache. I will do some yoga for the neck and shoulders.
I had a dream that I was hanging out with FGA at her restaurant and we were laughing and chatting.

Lots was accomplished yesterday. My time to myself was compromised by the new rep who I signed up who would not leave or stop talking, whoosh. I did all of the vacuuming in the AM so that felt good.
Today is my busy day for sitting. 8 kids all day. my Avon order goes in tonight by 11pm. I will try and enter most of it today. I need to do some follow up calls. I am going to London tonight to do some hair and sign up another new rep.
I will do my daily list and prioritize and break it down.
SC meeting was great last night.
Food was awful in the evening. I need to stop being so self indulgant and use my brain.
It is breezy,sunny and cool!!!!
Water and stretches coming up!

Peace.

My long term goal weight is 145 lbs. My short term goal weight is 165 lbs. I really need you guys to support me and motivate me in my LONG and DIFFICULT journey, and I'll do the same for you.

Good Morning Everyone.......

Last week was the week from ****. Here's to a better week.....

WI last night at WW went well down another pound. 23 total. Was hoping for more, but oh well, I will take it.

Holly - I love to clean, wish I live closer. My sis-in-law always says I do circles around her cleaning. hehe.

Heather - My friend has had zero problems since her surgery. As a matter of fact when she eats things she shouldn't she barely gets sick like most people. Kind of strange.

Artese - welcome to the race. Great support here!!

Shuwee - what's that smell - must be coming from Debbie. Hope your stinky problems are fixed.

Susie - way to stay strong, I know you can do this, as you have done it before. May the force be with you.

I am going to get more movement in my day. I am sure my loss would be more with more movement. I still love the WW'ers program and my leader is awesome. She was actually featured in the Indianapolis Magazine. She rocks.

Hello to everyone I have missed, I must get to work.

Big Hugs to all, stay OP and focused.

Annie

Good evening everyone,
I've had a mild sore throat for a couple of days. Then I woke up this am with a fullblown cold. I don't follow my horoscope but it might be interesting to see what it said for the last three days. Probably something like don't bother getting out of bed, everything you do will go wrong...LOL. My guys got all the plumbing fixed and everything is working well...YEA!!!
I didn't go to curves today. I had the chills and was very congested. But I have been staying op except for exercise.
My house needs some of my attention. Maybe tomorrow.
I doubt I go to work tomorrow. It is suppose to be right at 100f . I feel this bad in a/c I can't imagine being out in that heat all day.

Annie: CONGRATS!! on your loss, Every ounce down is a step closer to our goals.
I know what you mean about a better week.

Artese:WELCOME! WOW you are so close. You will do great. This is a wonderful place for support and everyone has some really great ideas.

Holley: Sounds like you are getting back instride. Remember to get plenty of rest. And... BREATHE.

Everyone have a great evening. Sniffle,sniffle..

BIG HUGS FOR ALL

Good Morning!

Hope all is well with you.

Debbie - Feel better. Take extra vitamin C, rest, take care of you.

I actually started my WATP tapes back up last night. I did the walk & kick tape. I was actually glistening when I finished. I felt really good tho. Stay OP all day long too! Yesterday was a very successful day. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

This Sunday is my company picnic at the zoo. My kids 17 & 19 are both going with. Most people here think that is strange that my older kids WANT to go to the zoo. I just think it is because we are so close. My daughter wants to go into the new under water dolphin pavillion. It is like a bubble you go into, then the water is on all sides and above you with the dolphins swimming around. I can hardly wait to see it. They also feed us dinner, so I am trying to see what is on the menu so I can get my points lined out for it.

Hope everyone has a feel good, OP, on track day!

Chat at cha tomorrow! HUGS Annie

Hello All,
Just finished a salad for lunch and need to head out for errands.
I'm not getting a lot of chances (or making them?) to work out this week, but the food is on plan.

Debbie: I had a cold last week...I hope you didn't catch it from me! Take care and rest.

Heveron: Congrats on the loss..keep working on it even if you are considering the surgery. You will have learned good habits that need to be in place no matter what.

Welcome to the Newbies.

I've got to run.

Hey everyone,
Still sniffling, but feeling a lot better. I've been op today, but no exercise. I start coughing when I start moving around too much.

Susie: If I caught your cold that would give new meaning to computer virus..LOL

Annie: Great job on the WATP
I think it is fantastic that your kids want to go to the zoo with you. You must have raised some wonder young adults. Enjoy them...

I'm keeping up with the news on RITA hoping she fall apart. PRAYING...

Have wonderful evening

Hello everyone,

Sorry, it's been a week! I see new faces and I want to say hello!

It's been a crazy week. A week ago, DH had to take me to Emergency - turned out to be a Kidney stone. I was doing well, had worked out at the gym 4 days that week but I think I wasn't getting enough water in the process. I had surgery to remove the stone last night. They thought I could pass it but I was vomiting for three days and couldn't keep food/water down! So I decided to have them go in and take it out. I'm recovering now and uncomfortable - a little bloated and I have a stent in my urethra...they remove it on Friday and I should be able to start up with the activity again this weekend - slowly!

If any of you have ever had a kidney stone, I'm sorry...and if you haven't - I hope none of you ever do!

I'm excited to get back to working out. My monthly weigh in is in a couple of weeks. It's gone by fast. Once we determine why I had the kidney stone, I may have to make some changes in my diet. I may have to cut out some calcium or vitamin D - all depends on what type of stone it was.

I'm just starting to get my appetite back and I'm trying to go slowly. I had baked apples for lunch and roasted chicken and lettuce and cucumbers and a little bit of Ranch dressing to dip into. It is so nice to be pain free and to be able to eat again.

I start back to work again on Monday. I must add more fiber to my diet. I'm really paranoid about getting another kidney stone. They say it's usually genetic. I hear people say you can get them from drinking too much soda but I rarely have sodas, maybe 2-3 times a month I'll have a diet something or another. But it may just be the way the chemicals are in my body. It was the worst pain.

Hope you all are well!

Girlie

Girlie: Sending you and (((HUGS))) and best wishes.
I've never had kidney stones but I have known people who have.
Don't be in too big a rush to get back to exercise. Give your body time to heal.

Everyone have a great day
