Hidie Ho All....
Girlie...((((Many Hugs)))- I have been through the kidney stone ordeal. Wouldn't wish that on the worst. My stent slide out early and my duct closed was hospitalized with kidney failure on one side for 3 days. All is well now. That was about 5 years ago. No problems since. It is genetic, and it really doesn't matter what you eat, if you are going to get them, you will. They do say try to steer clear of caffeine, this and that. I did for a while, but do not now. Many wishes for a speedy recovery and feeling better!!
Debbie - hope your sniffles leave you very soon. Feel better!
Got my walk in yesterday, almost didn't but pushed myself. Glad now that I did.

Here is to a wonderfully OP day!

Curves has been a life saver for me as it's the only exercise I could manage to do as I have arthritis in my foot. It's also helped strengthen my shoulder after I had surgery.
