No change for me either. That's not good.
I need to get more motivated on this. I have stagnated where I am.
I need to make progress. Tomorrow I will have to seriously consider developing a new strategy.
I bought some plants today for the front of my house that were on sale. I planted them right away too because they were wilting. It was 89 degrees here today. Very humid. I was drenched for a good part of the day. It felt just like summer.
Saw a turtle near the sidewalk this morning. It was the first Turtle for Jack to see. Jack was very interested. I took the turtle down by the woods near a pond, which is better than wondering around near the road.
Do you put a coat/blanket on Steel so he doesn't roll after you wash him?
Have fun at the wedding!

Staying Motivated to Lose Weight:
7 Weight Loss Motivation Tips
Your attitude is the difference between diet success and failure. Exercise and proper diet may be required to get that slim waist you’ve always wanted, but your attitude about getting there plays a big role too.
Follow these 7 weight loss motivation tips to help keep you motivated on your journey.
1) Write Down Your Reasons for Wanting to Lose Weight
What goals are helping you stay motivated to lose weight? Why do you REALLY want to lose weight? What are your motivations for wanting to improve yourself? Is it because you want to reduce your risk of health problems later in life? Do you want to be able to play with your kids without getting tired? Write down why you want to lose weight and revisit these goals and motivations every week.
2) Set Goals Beyond the Scale
Staying motivated on a diet involves you setting other goals that go beyond, “I want to lose 10 pounds.”
Set goals to work out 3 times a week, or to eat more fruits and vegetables. Our health goals don’t all need to be based on what we see on the scale. It’s easy to get distracted by the number of pounds you’ve lost, but there are so many other benefits to being healthy that we don’t see on the scale.
3) Use Your Smartphone

There are so many diet plans and programs available right at your fingertips to help keep you motivated. Use any of them to stay motivated to lose weight.
4) Surround Yourself With Health
Keep your refrigerator stocked with healthy foods. Keep them all around you. Keep a bowl of fruit on your counter. Don’t let your clothes pile up on your workout equipment. Keep your running shoes right at the door.
5) Don’t Be a Perfectionist

Nobody is perfect. Sometimes we eat more than we wanted. We might eat a slice of pie at dinner or a bowl of ice cream. It’s ok. Whatever we choose to indulge in, don’t be too hard on yourself.
This can ruin your motivation. Think about what it was that caused you to lose focus, next time you can fix it.
Our diets are all about learning and becoming healthier in the long run.
6) Be Patient
Everyone is nervous about that dreaded “weight loss plateau.” There may be some days when the pounds don’t come off as fast as you want it can be hurt your motivations to keep going. Be patient. Things are definitely happening in your body that might not show up on a scale. If you do hit a plateau, change things up. Trick your metabolism into getting back into action.
7) Recommit Yourself Every New Week
Each new week, renew your commitment to yourself and your new incredible body. Do this, and you’ll control your eating week by week, with a strategy that’ll guarantee success.
