Hey great job on doing the tummy exercises It will make a difference trust me....the working out at Curves is really helping to put my body back into the way I have wanted it too be for years now...I can actually feel muscles under the fat now

Hi
I'm glad that you had such good time. Soundss like fun. These days i'm helping my brother and his family move. They have alomost as much stuff to move as my Mom did. I'm getting tired of this whole moving business. Oh well, they all do a lot for me and this is the leasst I can do to repay them.
I missed my tummy exercises yesterday, I jsut didn't feel like it. But I got back at it today It's probably good to give those poor tiny muscles a break
Well, should put baby to bed, it's nearly midnight.

Hi
Christie and Leanne (haven'y heard from you in a while). How are you both doing? How did the weigh in go? I lost a pound this week, I just need to keep going down I signed up for WW, it's going to start in my town this winter sometime. Do you think it's beneficial?
Hope you'll do okay on the weekend Christie.

Hi Christie,
This weekend is Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, we had our family supper a few weeks ago as it worked better for us all. But today we are having a few friends over as a thanksgiving/my birthday celebration. I'm making honey garlic ribs, spiced potatos, layered salad, and my own b-day cake (now that's sad )Tomorrows my b-day and I'll be 26. That is really scary. I jsut won't tell anyone Hope your "alone" night went well What race did your husband watch?
Anyways I should go,
hope you're having a good weekend

Christie
thanks for the celebration
And nascar, that's something I'm not into I hope you can enjoy it with him though. I got up up at 7am yesterday and did physical work for most of the day, thanks to my DH. He had the day off, so it was a great b-day.
Hope you're having a good start to your week.

Christie
I hope you're over that bug. Good thing you're optimistic, you will be down this week. I didn't get anything for my b-day. I collect books and have recently bought lots on ebay, I justified it by saying that my b-day was coming up
Hi Leanne, good to see you post again. Great loss for you. You will not see the 180's again
I'm nervous about tomorrow's weigh in.
goodnight

Hi guys
Well I stayed the same this week. I didn't really try, so I didn't deserve to lose. How did you do? Did that stomach bug work, Christie?
Goodnight

Hi
Christie I hope you're enjoying the Jamboree, sounds like fun. I hope you do well this weekend.
I'm going away this weekend to our nearest city, it's 5 hours away. I have a appt with a surgeon there (my gallbladder). We decided to go shopping while we are there. So I won't post until tuesday.
Hope you both have a good weekend.
