Way to go Leanne
Your doing just awsome!!!, I too cut my workouts down as muscle was weighing more...I am doing great on WW and have stuck to plan today I too am in the Christmas mood...I spent all day moving furniture and cleaning behind corners in the living room and now have room when it is time to put up the tree
I only have 8 more rooms to cleanout so needless to say if I do a clean sweep it will take 2 weeks and that is moving everything from every room and putting it back in, and ladies I plan to do just that, I am so ready to reduce the clutter and just start fresh as if I just bought the house....makes it look new anyway

Diana- How are you??????? Miss you girl!!!

Well I gabbed as well so I guess I will run for now.....Have a great night guys!

Angry Busy Busy

Christian

Wow, are you ever keeping yourself busy eh? That is great...I think I am going to take a cue from you and start "preparing" for Christmas....I dont know where I am going to fit my tree this year because I brought the baby's change table into the living room...guess I will have to re-arrange the room, AGAIN..... My hubby will love that....
Do you guys find that looking forward to christmas helps or hurts your diet??
Hope you both have a wonderful day!
I am off grocery shopping!

Hi guys
Leanne, you're doing so well, good for you!
I can't believe how fast you're losing the weight. What are you doing?
The snow is melting here today But it's nice enough to take out the baby, so I'll go for a walk this afternoon. I walked 2 miles last night.
I've done WW now for 1 week, tonight is weigh in, I'm excited because I followed the program. But yet I'm nervous, what if
I'm only down a half a pound, I'd be disappointed. I'm enjoying WW so far, I even sort of enjoy planning my points for the day. Thanks for the tips Christie
You guys have to watch Oprah today, I worried I'm going to look like the first lady on the show once I've lost weight.
Wow, Christmas cleaning, I'll be happy if I get my shopping and baking done. I'm not going to be living at home until Christmas (except for weekends). So I won't worry about cleaning. Well baby wants to sleep

Angry HI there

Aw, thanks for the support and the kind words.... It really makes this journey a lot easier when you feel you have support...
My diet, Can be really hard at times...it is the Dr.Bernsteins diet, which is basically medically supervised weight loss...it is SO strict, but very effective....I did the diet in feb '02-may '02 and LOVED the results...But, it is too expensive...SO , I am doing it on my own and I have added some things in to make it safer, I guess...so by doing this, I know I will WW.

Hope you guys are having a good day-it is so COLD here..BLAH!!

Hi there
Leanne, I've never heard of that diet. Can you tell me a bit about it?
Well, I had my first success at WW, I was down 3.2 pounds. And I'm very happy about it. That was even without drinking water. I didn't realize that drinking water was a part of this plan. So I'll have to do it this week. 6 people had lost over 5 pounds, how do they do it?
I walked 2.75 miles yesterday, and I'm glad I did, it was a beautiful day. I should go again today, it's warm out, at least for this time of year.
Have to go feed baby.

Angry Hey Ladies

Happy Friday guys,

Diana- Congrats on the loss, you should be very happy, seems like WW agrees with you....my mom swears up and down that drinking alot of water everyday will make you lose at LEAST 2 pounds a week,....*L*
The Diet I am following is really an "Ontario" based business, I think they have 20 or so places in Ont, and 1 in BC...Basically, it is LOW/almost NO CARB and LOW LOW calories...eg..I eat applesauce for breakfast, protien, 1 slice WW bread and salad for lunch, protien, veggies, 1 slice of WW bread, jello and fruit for dinner..it's not really that much but I am very used to it now, so if I were to eat more, I would feel ill....
Hope you both have a great weekend...

Angry Happy Saturday

Hi guys
Hey, they moved us, it doesn't matter to me as long as I know where to find you
So Christie, you are just a little busy bee. How's it going for you? Are you enjoying accomplishing something? Accomplishment is a very good feeling. Has all this work and being so busy helped you lose weight? You haven't reported your loss this week, have you? Maybe I missed it. I'm sure it's down.
Leanne, I wouldn't survivie on your diet, but if it works and you think it'll be long term, then go for it. Best of luck (and a bit of sympathy ) to you
Well, have a good weekend.
