Good luck with your weigh in Mel!!! Sorry about the sunburn, hope it's feeling better by now.

Carri - YAY on 210!!

I'm doing well, had a couple of bbq's over the weekend but managed to stay within my calorie range. Other than that just trying to get some energy, the baby is keeping me up a lot at night lately! I don't know if I complained about that already, so just ignore me if I did. I'm so tired I don't remember.

Thanks Mel....complaining must have helped, she only got up once last night, it's amazing how I feel like a new person, I've already done so much housework today! Well, a lot for me, anyways.

I keep bouncing around in 223, I've been 223.8 (this morning) and 223 (two days ago). Oh well even 223.8 is OK for this week so far. I just love seeing the numbers drop, but gotta be patient.

Liz - glad you got some better sleep last night ...I dont have kids so I have never had to deal with that, and sleep is very important to me And I agreen with you, any loss is a loss ...just keep on going !!

Mel - how did the weigh in go this morning?

Not much is going on here, forgot to bring in my lunch today so gonna have to run out and find something I can have...nothing sounds that great though...one of those days.

Did my weigh in this morning and was 222.6 which is a 1 pound loss...not what I wanted but better than nothing. So I finally hit 20 pounds (I dont think I have EVER lost 20 pounds) and really need to find some motivation. I didnt have a large weightloss at the beginning so I feel like its dragging on. Guess I just needed to vent some today. My measurements haven't changed in 2 weeks (minus a little this week with my thighs). I know it is my fault for eating some bad things even though I stayed within my calories. Hope everyone has luck this week!

Liz-Glad you got some sleep last night!

Carri-Good luck finding something yummy and healthy And you WILL make it this year!

Morning Girls ...I did a sneak peak on the scale this morning and saw 209.4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have made it into the single digit 200's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am VERY excited ...this is the countdown into Onederland and I am so ready to get there having started at 235 ....

Mel - congrats on the 20 pds, that is great ...I wouldnt get down, I have lost 25 and am just now seeing a difference, sometimes it takes a while...you are doing a great job so keep up the good work !!

Hi Liz - hope you are having a good day.

I think I am craving a Subway sandwich today for lunch, I dont like all the carbs from the bread though...last night when I was watching Jillian she had them all get footlong veggie subs, no cheese ...where is the protein in this? Mainly just veggies and a ton of carbs ....I would have to have some meat...I thought that was odd ....anyhow

Talk to you all later.

Carri - YAY!! Awesome! That is funny she got them all veggie subs, especially considering the intensity of their workouts!! I would think a small grilled chicken sub would be better??

Mel - Don't worry you're doing awesome! 20 lbs is so wonderful, you're almost to 10%! Like your saying says, one day at a time girlie! I do the same as you and sneak treats in within my calorie range, but you're probably right we could lose more without doing that....but like they say this is a lifestyle change so IMO treats are A-OK.

I'm doing OK, still hovering somewhere in 223, I was 223.4 this morning. We'll see for official weigh-in tomorrow, I'm hoping for 223 dead on. I love changing my ticker!!

Congrats Carri!!!!!! I am soooooooo happy for you!!! Your so close to onederland!
I saw the show too and was thinking the same thing. When I go to subway I get wheat bread,no cheese and turkey (and tons of veggies).

Thanks liz, I think if I didnt have a snack here or there I would go crazy lol I think I am going to get a ticker like yours where it has the .8 or whatever And good luck on the weigh in tmw!!

I cant thank you guys enough for the support, getting on here and talking to you all has been a huge part of my success!

And I made 2 batches of zuchinni bread....regular and a more healthy version. I used applesauce instead of oil and honey instead of some of the sugar (and wheat flour instead of white). And it turned out pretty yummy!

Hey thanks to you guys too! It helps so much, it really does. Yes once I saw the 3fc tickers didn't do the point whatever I went to get the other one....lol...gotta have every little bit of loss in there!

I don't think I've ever had zuchinni bread, but any bread is a friend of mine! I've had an urge to bake bread, and my son the other day asked to bake bread, which was kind of funny to me since he's only 2 and we've never baked bread together! haha

Weigh in tomorrow, and then a playdate with a friend and her son, fun fun!

Morning guys ....this may be TMI but wanted to ask ...ever since I started taking a multi vitamin on Monday I have been constipated...I never get constipated so this is a bit surprising, and the only thing I have changed is the multi vitamin - you guys experience anything like this?

I had a good weigh in here at work, 2 pds down...but for some reason I am so cranky today, I dont even want to talk to anyone ...just sitting here at my desk to myself so I dont make anyone mad with my grumpy comments
haha

Having some friends over for dinner tonight ....dh is grilling chicken, we are making a big italian salad and then rolls for the company ...dh and I wont eat them....then having my Mom and Dad over for dinner on Sunday, dang it I guess I have to keep my house clean all weekend !

Liz - congrats on the two pounds ...you are doing a great job ...

Mel - yeah I was disturbed by Jillian doing that, I mean you need some protein...and I love zuchini bread, sounds really good..

You guys are welcome for the support and I wanna thank you guys too for joining this little group , we seem to gain and lose members quickly on here for some reason so I hope you guys stick around ...cause I like ya !!!

If I dont get back on I hope you both have a great weekend...hey also while I am thinking about it are either of you on facebook? I am, thought we could friend eachother, haha

Later,
Carri

Congrats on the 2 pound loss Liz!!!

Carri I have never had that problem, I had my gallbladder out right after having my youngest so I sometimes have the opposite problem

We are going on a last minute vacation leaving this afternoon...so I may not be on this weekend. I am going to try to be good with my diet!

Carri - does your vitamin have a lot of iron? that can cause constipation. Hope you're feeling less grumpy soon, the weekend being here should help! Have a great bbq! I'm on facebook, my name is Liz Scott Woloshin to look me up.

Mel - have a great time!

Morning Girls !! I have great news, I was actually down 3 this week ...I weighed in at 207.2 this morning !!!!! I am REALLY happy with that ...

Once that scale shows 199 I am gonna take a pic and post it on here and everywhere else I can post it, haha ....

Liz - I did hear that iron might do it, I have stepped up my fiber some and seem to be getting back to normal now somewhat ...I will look you up on facebook.

Later,
Carri

Carri - OMG you are melting girl!!! That's awesome!!

I saw 220.6 this morning but then it changed to 222. Oh well, lol. Maybe I'll be somewhere in 221 tomorrow! The next decade is always so exciting, I can't wait for the teens. Although to make it to 221 tomorrow I'll have to be good tonight, another bbq....Jamie (DH) made homemade burgers, and we're having potato salad and chips and of course desserts, but I'm also making a huge lettuce salad and serving hummus and carrots so I will be filling up on that and trying to have only half a burger. Jamie's been giving me a hard time and saying "it's only one day"....I don't like thinking like that because then there's too many "one days", y'know??
