I just got back from Zumba...I'm trying to cool off before I go heat up my veggie and rice soup for lunch.
I have Yoga tonight. That is such a nice class and I need it. Over the years I've kept a lot of my flexibility but my hip-flexers and shoulders get really tight and that class is helping with that.
I'm hoping for a good loss tomorrow night. Did anyone watch BL last night? I felt badly for Kristen when those scales went up. Even Bob couldn't explain how that happened. Our bodies are just like that sometimes.
Mindy: I can hear your frustration..but good for you for fighting back with exercise.
Ward: We are glad you are here with our group! Day 7!! Good for you..way to go!!
Susie- Zumba and Yoga all in one day. Look at you. Well it must be your last chance workout. I can easily relate to Kisten and the gain. Sometimes it makes absolutely no sense. As you know, I go through this all the time.
Ward- Sounds like you are kicking butt once again. Good for you.
Kelly- Hope you are feeling better. Hopefully you will come to school tomorrow. Sorry I told you that you looked like crap today. But she really did you guys. I'm sure you will be looking better tomorrow.
I lost 1.2/5 pound gain. You know sometimes this just sucks. I am getting ready to workout. I did Jillian's strength last night, so I think it is time for cardio tonight.
Hey, nobody has been here today. Well, let me be the first. I am coming down some on the scale. Down to 193.2 today, better than 194.8 like the other day. GRR!!! It was beautiful here today so I went for a run. Did 2 miles with just a short walk at about 1.5 miles.
Susie- I know you will be at your weigh-in tonight. Hope you do well.
Kelly- Hopefully you will feel well enough to make it a whole day tomorrow.
Good news! I had a 3 lb loss. Now, it's time to get started again and do it again next week.
Mindy: I'm glad the scales are coming down for you. I just checked out the pictures you posted in mini-goals...you look great!
Kelly: Are you feeling better?
Ward: I hope you are on plan.
It's late and I'm headed to bed. I took a vacation day tomorrow. I've got some things I want to do around the house and then tomorrow night I'm going out with a friend for her birthday....we are going to see the Chipndales!

Today was a wierd day. We had a staff breakfast. I brough low-cal fruit french toast. I had a peice of that and some fruit. Then I got pizza for my class today, had 2 slices. I don't think I did too bad. I stopped at my mom's after work and stayed way too long. It has thrown off my whole evening. Don't think I am working out tonight. I'll hit it hard Tomorrow and Sunday.
It is such a beautiful day here in Ohio..although I'm not ready wardrobe wise for the weather yet! I need to get my closets changed over.
I had a GREAT time last night. I did very well and only had one drink. I was driving and I wanted my friend to be able to not worry about how much she drank. Also, I didn't want all the extra calories. I think I burned a lot of calories from screaming! We sat in the second row from the stage and let's just say that I used up a LOT of $1 bills!
My food today isn't bad..just crazy. We haven't been to the grocery yet and so I'm trying to make meals out of what we have...it doesn't feel to balanced. We won't get to the grocery until tomorrow but we are eating dinner out so I'll work on getting those veggies in then.
Ward: I'm so happy that you are back to your routine. I know it's important for you to have it. I'm like that too.
Mindy: Did you get that workout in today?
Kelly: Are you feeling better?
I need to go get a shower and get ready to go out with my hubby. We are going to dinner and then to see an Elvis tribute show.
Susie- boy aren't you just the girl about town this weekend. Lots of fun stuff on your plate. Keep that eating under control.
I have been busy all day today. I just spent an hour cooking with my DD. We are just waiting for things to cook now. We made recipes from one of my low-cal cookbooks. Should be good. I will need to workout after eating.
Hi everyone. I think I am slowly on the path to recovery. I have never been so sick in my life. I only made it to work a half day last week. On Friday, I took myself to the ER and got some IV fluids. That helped a lot. I still get tired pretty quickly and can't eat very much, but I know that will just take time.
Susie--Congrats on the loss! Keep up the good work and do it again!
Mindy--You are doing awesome. I am hoping to be strong enough to work out again soon. Won't be tomorrow because of that wonderful meeting.
Yesterday was a beautiful day. I worked on the chicken coop for a good hour and a half, gardened for an hour and went on a 3 mile walk/jog. I was hot and dripping wet when I got back. The scale rewaded me today. I am only up 1 pound from my lowest. With TOM in about a week I can expect a small gain before I get lower again.
Susie- What a weekend for you. Sounds like fun.
Kelly- Glad to see you are on the mend. Maybe tomorrow we can walk or something.
I'm tired tonight. I had a lot of work to catch up on since I was off on Friday and I worked until 6:15 p.m. tonight. I had a lot to do when I got home as well. Thank goodness DH had fixed dinner.
I really missed my workout at lunch today. I usually won't miss it for anything but a friend of mine is moving to CA and this is the last week I could see her before she leaves on Friday.
I'm on plan...food journal, feeling journal caught up. Ready for a good workout tomorrow.

I asked my friend who sells that cream that you have about it and she's going to get me some so I can try it. I might not get it for about a month. It will be that long until I see her again.
just a quick drop in. Tuesdays are crazy busy. Walked with Kelly after school today. Man it has been a long time. TOM is fast approaching so weight is a crap shoot at best this week. I just finished watching BL. Man, how inspiring. I am a Tara wannabe.
I hate it when I miss a day of posting! I had a great day yesterday. My food was good and my exericse was good and I'm just how good I am feeling to not be putting junk in my body and to be moving my body. I'm not seeing the results I'd like to see at the scales but the way I'm feeling counts for somehthing too!
