Thanks everyone!!

I am really trying my hardest to not do the crash dieting....which I have always done before! High school I ended up eating one small meal and ended up being 100lbs (I know now is horrible) but as soon as I started eating again I shot way past my starting weight!! I am goin to do this the right way this time!!
Eat every 4 hours, exercise, eat healthy foods, and take it slow....I like instant results.....which I know won't work....took me 10 years to put it on!!
