Thanks everyone!! I am really trying my hardest to not do the crash dieting....which I have always done before! High school I ended up eating one small meal and ended up being 100lbs (I know now is horrible) but as soon as I started eating again I shot way past my starting weight!! I am goin to do this the right way this time!!
Eat every 4 hours, exercise, eat healthy foods, and take it slow....I like instant results.....which I know won't work....took me 10 years to put it on!!

LOL YAY, for my tired rambling!!! Nighty night shorties!!

Teach - how was the walk?

Mel - how's the motivation and determination going? I know that I only look at crash diets (almost bought some *miracle tea* last week) when I'm feeling down and looking for a quick fix. We both know there isn't one! My friend Shari havs this quote on her signature.. it's SO true!!

Never give up on a dream just because of the length of time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.

This isn't an over night thing - it takes time and planning and change and strength and a LOT of courage! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Mel - it's funny you say that - i actually had a cat that thought she was a dog - and would walk on a leash regularly. Her Meow even sounded a lot like a bark

teach - I understand completely - Friday it was warm and 60's, saturday 50's and rain... Sunday SNOW!!! I love Michigna.. I love the seasons... just not generally in the same weekend!

I think whatever exercise you do will help. It doesn't matter the size of the gym as long as you go. I have a y membership but I'm bad at going regularly.

Welcome Dina!
Melissa--I think you made a good choice. If it is a hassle getting to the gym that's another excuse not to go.
