i try to eat around 1200-1400 a day. the 100 calorie packs are great because they are already measured out for you. i also count out snacks and bag them for myself. if i don't, it's harder to stop eating. you know?
i've got to do something though, because i am stuck at 174.
ive been here for like 2 weeks. ugh. at least i'm not gaining weight. but i'm eating the same as i was when i was losing.

makes me nuts.
