Well, my BEAN was supposed to be delivered yesterday but still a no show. I guess I will go to the post office and see if it is there. I was up 4.5 pounds on Tuesday....not sure what is up with that. Could be all the celebration of my last day at the hospital. I started my new job on Thursday so my internet time has been limited to only when I am at home. More later...

Kim
Got your bean yet? I am still going to WW but I am wondering if her scales are accurate because I always weigh myself at home before the meeting and at the first weigh in there was a 4 lb difference and last night it was almost a 6 lb difference, so by my scale I have lost 6 lb total and by WW scales I have only lost 4 lbs I think I will be trusting my scales which I have checked with weights to see if they are correct and they are

Take care suz

I have a friend that just bought a new scales and when she took it out of the box it weighed her 10 pounds heavier than her old scales....she said she was going to take the new one back because it didn't say what she wanted it to say......LOL!!!!!! Why do we do this to ourselves? How are your clothes fitting you? Maybe you building muscle because muscle weighs more than fat. Hang in there Suz....you can do this!

Hi Kim
Have you had a chance to use the bean yet?
I weighed in Monday and was up a couple of lbs I have been doing some xmas baking and of course I have to sample everything I heard that the WW group may not continue if the leader does not get enough interest from everyone

Take care suz

Hey Suz,
Still too busy to give the BEAN a test drive. I started a new job the first of November and it has been non-stop! I am hoping things will slow down a little bit and the travel will quit long enough to establish a healthy habit. Too bad about the WW thing.....hopefully you can continue. If not....have you checked out the WW support here?

I weighed in yesterday and was back to 152 I also talked to my WW leader and she has enough people for another 8 weeks I am hoping to be close to my goal weight by then I finally realized that I need to exercise every day I got a yoga tape that is a strenghening yoga tape It says you will get strong and flexible doing this It is 60 minutes long so I hope it works I also have 4 tae bo tapes and a step tape You would think I should be really fit and lean but its trying to find the time to do them
