Default Wed.

Good morning all. I had to drag my old tired hiney out of the door this morning. I was so stiff until we got moving. 4 miles on the hills...agh...LOL When the kiddos need us to watch while we walk we have to do the "hills" Trust me your legs and stomach let ya know you've done the hills.

WTG Kim...walking and your bike. You are doing so good.

Jack-K...don't you feel bad woman...every mile is a good mile! WTG keeping moving and finding the time when you don't have a lot.

Love and hugs,
Crystle

Bashful- Can't wait till I can walk near that on the TM

FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY I made it puff pant. A whole week....Happy Dance! Did 12 minutes on the TM. Now I deserve a couple days off from it. And then back on Monday. I'll have to say this it was tough on me today. Not complaining but this old body is just not used to moving much.

Default Friday

Good morning! The rains came in on us last night so we only got in 2 1/2 miles. This morning we got up bright and early and put in 4 1/2 miles.

Toni, I am so proud of you. You have almost doubled your treadmill time this week. You have been working so hard. WTG!!!!!!!!!!!

Bashful...Super on the treadmill. That's a great time. It's so much harder on the treadmill than outside.

Teensy....good job on the sand walking. I KNOW that is tough!

Love and hugs,
Crystle
