Monday Morning---
32 minutes on TM today. Yesterday evening I pulled weeds for 30 minutes. Man, am I sore today!

Got in a 4.5 mile snail walk
Ankles felt tight, I'm bloated, didn't sleep well, but at least I went

Monday - Five games of badminton and it was a good workout to-day.

Monday--10 minutes stretches, 20 minutes TBT upper body.

I'm going to Curves tonight for the usual 30-minute circuit.
Rosalie, I'm jealous that you got to play badminton! I took it three times in college and it was my absolute FAVORITE! Can't find anywhere to play down here, though, so I have to do Curves. Sigh....

Tuesday-
20 minutes of running in the pool. I was afraid not to...I might have gone into hypothermia it was so cold! Brr!

Thirty minutes on the treadmill (burned 250 calories), and worked weights on lower body. Plan to go to gym at 6a.m tomorrow while hubby is home with kids. I will do 30 minutes on treadmill again and work upper body. I plan to go on Thursday and Saturday too.
Does running after kids and cleaning up the house all day count?

Line dancing this afternoon - 2 hours with two short breaks totalling about 15 minutes.
This evening had 5-6 games of badminton.
