I'm going to Curves tonight for the usual 30-minute circuit.

Rosalie, I'm jealous that you got to play badminton! I took it three times in college and it was my absolute FAVORITE! Can't find anywhere to play down here, though, so I have to do Curves. Sigh....

Thirty minutes on the treadmill (burned 250 calories), and worked weights on lower body. Plan to go to gym at 6a.m tomorrow while hubby is home with kids. I will do 30 minutes on treadmill again and work upper body. I plan to go on Thursday and Saturday too.

Does running after kids and cleaning up the house all day count?

Line dancing this afternoon - 2 hours with two short breaks totalling about 15 minutes.

This evening had 5-6 games of badminton.
