Walked 5 miles today.

Won't be home this weekend, so total for this week-

23 miles!

Wednesday - free weight class - my arms need work - hate it when the fat keeps waving after my hand has stopped!

Friday - step class - love that class - gets me all charged up for the day ahead.

Walked approximately 10 miles this week (from the car and to the office and back) in less than 20 degrees weather. Even turned down a ride!!!!!

Friday-body sculptiing tape 45 min.
Saturday-walk/run trot! LOL 40 minutes. Tomorrow before church going to do a step tape!!!!

Jog Log for Frog:

Mon - 3 miles

Wed - 2 miles

Fri - 2 miles

3 miles less than goal. Running on Sunday hampered by excessive wine drinkingin with friends on Saturday night Oh well, a girl's gotta have a little fund now and then!
