  • MONDAY

    Walked 4.5 miles
  • Monday: Swam 40 laps - 1 Km
  • Lifted weights (it was hard) for 30 min.
  • Sunday:
    Denise Austin's Fat Burning Blast - Low Impact for now. Man, were my knees hurting!
    Then we followed that w/ her Hit the Spot ABS. All in all, a 30 minute workout.
    MONDAY:
    Same as above, except Hit the Spot Buns!

  • 50 min. ESPN body sculpting-they used a toning cord thought i was going to use weights oh well i did the tape didn't sweat as much as usual -muscles did burn!!!!

  • Aerobics class at 7:30 a.m Monday morning- I needed it bad!

    Walked 4.5 miles
  • 50ish minutes walking/running/trotting! LOL wonderful almost 50 degree weather!!! 20 pushups-tomorrow step tape! woooo hooooooo!!! (some guy in a bar/resturant last night said to his buddy i had a nice butt!!-to funny excersise pays! even if your an old married woman still feels good!!)
  • THURSDAY

    Walked 4.5 miles
  • Buns of steel 40 minutes day 3! hope to get in 4 more before my next weigh in!! Tomorrow is going to be weight day hmmmm!!!
