I lost 8 pounds. I am a little dissapointed, but 8 pounds less is better than 8 pounds more. :)
I plan on adding fruit slowly, I too have a sensitive stomach and lactose intolerance. I dont eat much rice or pasta anyore, If I have it once a week it is enough and it is brown rice and whole wheat pasta. I much prefer veggies now as side dishes and a nice salad before my meal. I am also going to step up the exercise and try to wean off soda and drink more water. |
