Default Net Carbs???

I am confused about Net Carbs? Is this an Atkins thing? And is it okay to eat this types of food on SB? I added a few of these items and have stopped losing weight. Please help!!!!

It is an Atkins thing. What foods have you added? Frankenfoods like bars and shakes can cause stalls. Stick with real foods as listed for Phase I at least.

I have added the ketchup, some steak sauce, ice cream bars, and that is all. I use only the serving amount.

I am stalling too. Of course I am about to go into phase 2 and scared to add anything. Think I am not eating enough food. Or maybe I am eating too much. Don't know. But I sure hate stalls.
