Fell off the wagon

  • Hi All,
    I was so upset with my weigh in this morning. I was weighing in at 165.5lbs on Friday morning and this morning I was 167.0 lbs.

    I have been doing so good. We are going to take a cruise at the end of the month and we were out shopping all weekend for stuff to take. I tried to stay on track, but first I had 2 beef tacos and then last night I had 5 chocolate chip cookies and milk.

    I can't believe I went up 1.5lbs just like that.

    And to top it off I'm a big NASCAR fan and we didn't have a race this weekend.

    Oh well, today is a new day and I am back on phase I. I want to be down to 160 by the end of this month.

    Thanks for letting me air my frustrations.
  • Hey ya just gotta Stay In It!!!!!!!! DH is a big race fan and we are goin to Bristol this month for it. Hey maybe i should tell you to stay on the track. No pit stops! haha

    Don't be so hard on yourself. Just get back on track and do the best that you can. You are not the only one who has difficulty on the weekends (with family, friends and socializing).Hang in there , you can do it

  • Hey Michelle! Hang in there it happens to all of us. Just pick yourself up and start fresh. I restarted Phase I on Sunday because I think I added back too many carbs to fast. You can do it!! I too am a big Nascar fan. Getting ready for Atlanta and Talledega!!!
