Hi, Im new here, Im on South Beach for 3 days and lost two pounds! YAY~ but anyways I was on this diet about 6 months ago and it was great and it worked....but somehow I misplaced my recipe for pancakes, which had cream cheese and eggs blended? I cant remember much else or the amounts...if any of you still have this recipe please share it with me! I got it off the yahoo board, but I cant find it anywhere, and I like this board so much better!
