I'm up 3.3lb since Wednesday

but honestly, I'm not super surprised.
Wednesday was my birthday so I indulged in carbs and sugar. Got back on track right after that but then had a party on Saturday. That led to some bad decisions which just led to more bad decisions. And I'm pretty sure TOM is coming up. I'm back on track today though.
I have a weekend trip next weekend so I'm hoping that by getting back on track I can lose a few lbs for the trip.
