Tuesday: Salad with lemon-rosemary roasted chickpeas
Wednesday: Creamy crockpot mexican casserole over spaghetti squash
Thursday: Buffalo chicken with buttermilk feta sauce, broccolini
Friday: Out?
Saturday: Pork stir-fry, brown rice
Sunday: Leftovers/Out
B: Smoothie & turkey meatball
L: Forgot my lunch on the counter at home today Bought some vegetarian sushi and some cottage cheese with fruit
S: Roasted chickpea salad
Ex: 40 minutes Insanity
P2 (Was meant to be phase 1 but had a few pieces of P2 things x_x)
B: Two eggs with prosciutto and mozarella cheese and coffee w/ milk
L: Quarter roasted chicken breast with a tiny piece of potato, and steamed carrots and cabbage
S: Cup of coffee with stevia and milk plus a few weetabix mini pieces
D: Roasted chicken leg with steamed veggies and salad
B: Turkey breast and a cheese slice while running out the door!
L: Leftover creamy mexican crockpot casserole
S: Buffalo chicken with buttermilk feta sauce, broccolini
B: Kale and chicken deli omelette w/ coffee and milk
S1: Apple and 1/2 a pear
S2: Protein bar
L: Chocolate banana flax muffin with coffee and milk
S: Sharon fruit (fuyu persimmon)
D: Chicken breast with steamed veggies, cheese and salad
A bit too many fruits for my liking and not enough veggies but was craving sweets all day!
Exercise: One hour of zumba + one hour of spinning
