    Not real happy with this week's weigh in, but I did go off plan earlier in the week, and I'm having trouble getting back on. I'm also bloated as heck. I want to do a completely clean P1 before moving on, so I'm going to re-start P1 tomorrow.

  • Weighed in again today: 162, down another 2 pounds!
  • Missed my Friday weigh in. I went from 181.5 to 175 that 6.5 lost. Yay!!

  • Great job everyone! For me I had a slight + this week, I weighed in at 154.4 (+1.4). It was my first week of Ramadan so I am trying to adjust my body to eating late at night, and I have been eating carbs at every meal. I think this next week I am going to keep my morning carbs, and just try and have a large salad with chicken for fish for dinner, instead of couscous or pasta.
