You're doing all the right things by holding yourself accountable. Well done! I know how embarrassing it can be to have to face up to a binge and for you to do so, and recommit to SB means you'll see more of that weight loss.
There is something about actually being upfront about how much we've eaten in a binge that helps you to overcome wanting to do it again, I think. One of the things that helped me stop binging was that I no longer let myself hide the evidence from my boyfriend. When it was no longer an illicit activity and I realized that he didn't react with disgust or have any reaction, the compulsion to shovel food down my gullet died.
