l: leftover homemade Thai shrimp, spinach and brown rice

d: 1 small roti, 1 small dish of Ghobi Matter (cauliflower and peas) and raita (cucumber yogurt) and a glass of persecco
overworked and underplanned recently and delving into "kid food" - ick.
Phase 2
B - coffee w/ us almond milk. Green monster smoothie (actually more like a rainbow confetti smoothie since I just have a regular blender: Greek yogurt, kale, yellow nectarine, unpeeled cucumber, 1/2 banana, sf vanilla syrup)
L - Egg salad sandwich on 100% ww bread with lots of romaine lettuce and dill pickles. Cherry tomatoes. Cup of black tea.
S - tuna salad in lettuce leaf boats
S2 - almonds and walnuts and a tiny apple
D - Shrimp and veggie stir-fry (broccoli, carrots, orange pepper, fresh-picked green beans) with brown rice noodles (Finally going to try them!)
dessert - small square of dark chocolate
B. Strawberry peach green monster
S. Bran muffin
L. One (!!!) slice of veggie pizza while out shopping for school supplies for the girls
S. SBD Blizzard - Yum!, even better than the real thing!
D. Weekend glow kale salad

cottage - what is the recipe to that blizzard? i can't find it in the recipe section.
Very simple - 1/2 pkg. SF instant pudding, 1 cup cold skim milk (I use us almond milk), about 1/4 cup of ricotta or cottage cheese, and 4 or 5 ice cubes. Whirl in a blender until it gets nice and thick. Luscious and guilt-free.

Recently started P2:
B: HB egg +1/2 cup soy milk
L: Salad with cucumbers, celery, soybeans, crispy onions
S: apple (first fruit in 2 weeks!) + little pb
D: beef stir fry with lots of veggies + 1/2 cup brown rice
DS: hot tea
Had 2 small SF toffees and 2 small SF chocolates (biggest splurge in 2 weeks).
I'm starting out with small amounts of fruit and grains to see how I feel afterwards. This is the first time I've done both on the same day.
