I taught my second water yoga class this morning and had lots of compliments. I've been working in this class for 6 years now and it's certainly a NSV to be ABLE to teach it now. Cleaner eating cleans up my mind, too.
I got a really great class evaluation over the weekend from my boss! and I'm going to be taking on 2 yoga classes per week in addition to going for my zumba cert. I'm really enjoying teaching!
Also, bought some new clothes over the weekend - all size XS and 2. *&&$*#$( yeah!
Yesterday before a three hour roller derby practice I had a green monster full of kale, fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, oats... I felt GREAT at practice! No stomach cramps from eating a meal (even when eating two hours before practice i still feel full), not tired or lacking energy from NOT eating so i don't get cramps... It was perfect! I can't wait for next Sunday practice Super Green Monster!
Don't know how I missed yours yesterday Zeff...that is SO awesome about the classes, the review and the small clothes....ahem...excuse me....the EXTRA small clothes!!! ACK!!! Congrats!
little victory today....was in budget meetings ALL Day long....smelling and seeing delicious look pastries, people around me were eating them...ugh!! I didn't have a single one!!! Go ME!!!!
