My husband and I are just back from a weekend up in Park City where we went to celebrate our anniversary, which is tomorrow. We ate off plan every day, but made better choices than we probably would have in the past and didn't eat in excess. I'm considering this weekend as practice for maintenance.
I'm going to do about 3 days of Phase 1, just to get in the grove again and control any possible cravings.

Breakfast: Oatmeal Pancakes; 2 slices turkey bacon; fresh berries; glass of 1% milk; 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener - Vitamins (OP)
Lunch: Salad with lots of veggies; leftover chicken strips; 2% cheese; 2 T ranch dressing (OP)
Snack: Apple with peanut butter (OP)
Dinner (out): Blue Iguana – few chips with salsa (about 20?); combo fajitas; guacamole; small amount sour cream; 1 flour tortilla (NOT OP)

Breakfast: 1 egg; 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice WW toast, 2% cheese; V8, 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener (OP)
Lunch (out): Teryiaki House – spicy chicken; stir fry veggies; brown rice (Pretty OP - sauce probably had some sugar)
Snack: ½ Apple with peanut butter (OP)
Dinner (out): Grub House – Salad bar; ½ slice bread; steak; split desert sampler with DH (bread pudding; mud pie; cream brulee); 1 glass Shiraz (Bread and Desert NOT OP)

Dinner: Salad w/ lots of veggies, turkey pepperoni and Italian dressing; 1 slice of WW Pizza w/ Turkey Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese, Red Pepper, Onion, Green Olives; Diet Coke (OP)
Snack: NSA Fudgesicle (OP)
