It's nearing the end of my second day and I feel pretty good. I've let myself get too hungry a couple of times, but I've planned the OP foods and it's all working out pretty well. I guess I'm thinking it's working out too well...have all the "withdrawals" not hit yet?
Also, I'm wondering if you noticed any other changes besides weight loss. I've had a slight acne problem for a few months now and I've got to think that eating healthier is going to help clear up my skin.
Redhead30: Aside from the weight loss and overall healthy feeling, I had a mild bout of acne that has cleared up immensely since being on South Beach. Also, I had horribly dry skin, and the copious amounts of water I've been drinking have really helped to retain moisture. I saw clear results of this after a week or two.
