My ww online starting weight is weird I don't know how I came up with it. Now I can't change it, I want my fully clothed Boots weight on it so I can cling on to 26 points for longer.

uh huh, I did that I've lost 2 inches from waist and hips and boobs since June

my waist is kinda wavering on another half inch loss, but hey, slow and steady wins the race yeah?

I'm out for a boogie in the club tonight so I'll egt lots of exercise and loose lots of water and be all sylph-like in the morning!!

Well I am stuck at 170 and that is still down 9 from the start which was a year ago almost. I guess that if I want it down lower its up to me to do that? At any rate I am 5 7" and bigger boned so another 10 or 15 would be kind of my goal. I have dropped in inches not sure how many but my clothes size is down and in my face it truly shows it. I would like to be down 5 more lbs. this year which isn't really such a hard goal 10 would be nice but not realistic for me. Well any advice is always welcomed.

Good morning on this wintery blustery day! I feel a bit like Christopher and Winnie the Pooh!!

Ok. Weigh day....

l/w=77.9 or something like that....
today=76.3 At last something is going according to plan. Seeing as I didn't do any excercise last week it must be the week before's effort paying off!!

Sorry frus that you are having a difficult time at the moment. I realised this morning that if I had not piled on 16lbs through taking Gabapentin I wouldn't have still 4 lbs to lose to get to the 31 lb I had lost prior to taking a drug that didn't really do any earthly good anyway!
I have had to lose it all , all over again.

Kelly M I do think a 6 mile cycle to uni is asking rather too much...especially in this weather!!!

Veggie....naughty! But a good idea if you can make it work with 26 points!!

So far good start to October ~ 4lbs lost.

Am determind to start exercising this month ~ only problem is I HATE exercising. Would much rather slop in front of the TV or read a good book! I have tried reading on my exercise bike but it does not seem to work!

I walked loads in America and enjoyed it ~ must be the sunshine that makes it fun! Maybe I need to move over there! I could start rollerblading on Venice Beach!
