I didn’t disappear by choice, I went on my cruise vacation in mid-December & while I was away there was a water leak in my house. Been a lot to deal with… lived in a hotel for 34 nights (eating out all the time), finally in an apartment 2 weeks ago. Then I had to find a scale that worked 🤪. Not the same one I was using before (that one is ruined). So I guess I can’t compare to where I was before. So here’s a new start for 2023.
Start 2/2: 178.2
Goal for February: no specific weight, just lower than where I started.
current: 15st 5.25lb / 215.5lb
loss this month: 0.25lb
just 0.25lb this week, but it's a short week, so that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it.

my weight jumps around a fair bit day to day Joy so I don't really believe a new low until I've seen it a few days in a row. there's plenty of the month left to stick to your new target if you want to.

1.5lb loss this week. I managed to get out for a decent walk in the hills on Sunday which did me good, physically & mentally - I've been cooped up indoors far too much this year.
