My goal in February is to lose a kilogram and to step on the scale twenty times.

I didn’t disappear by choice, I went on my cruise vacation in mid-December & while I was away there was a water leak in my house. Been a lot to deal with… lived in a hotel for 34 nights (eating out all the time), finally in an apartment 2 weeks ago. Then I had to find a scale that worked 🤪. Not the same one I was using before (that one is ruined). So I guess I can’t compare to where I was before. So here’s a new start for 2023. Start 2/2: 178.2 Goal for February: no specific weight, just lower than where I started. |
WendyWants2Change: Yikes! That's a lot to deal with. That happened to my parents once while on vacation. A very stressful return.
I met my initial scale-reading goal this morning, so I'm setting a bonus goal for the rest of the month. February goal: -1 kg Bonus goal: -1 more kg, Weigh 20x 1: 89.4 kgs; 1/20x 2: 88.9 kgs; 2/20x 3: 88.5 kgs; 3/20x 4: 88.3 kgs; 4/20x 5: 89.2 kgs; 5/20x (bragged too soon, sigh) |

target: 15st 2lb / 212lb target loss: 3.5lb current: 15st 5.25lb / 215.5lb loss this month: 0.25lb just 0.25lb this week, but it's a short week, so that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it. :D sorry to hear about your house Wendy - good luck with the new start. my weight jumps around a fair bit day to day Joy so I don't really believe a new low until I've seen it a few days in a row. there's plenty of the month left to stick to your new target if you want to. |

I managed to get out for a decent walk in the hills on Sunday which did me good, physically & mentally - I've been cooped up indoors far too much this year. quiet in here lately - hope all is well Joy & Wendy :) |
