  • Way to go, MrBadger. I took a nice hike yesterday and that worked well for me, too.

    Let's keep with it, WendyWants2Change!

I got frustrated that daily weighing wasn't helping me lose, so I stopped for a few days. During which time I gained. Sigh. So, now I've got this straight in my mind. Daily weighing doesn't help me lose weight. Daily weighing helps keep me from gaining weight. That's an important tool in my tool box. Fortunately, I have other tools that help me lose weight. So, I'll continue with the daily weighing and start to use some of those other tools to see if I can get a downward trend.
