Thanks for starting the October thread gardenerjoy!! :-) I'm so looking forward to this challenge this month! I'm going to switch it up a little bit for October. Cardio - 1500 mins, Weights/Resistant Training - 600 mins, Yoga/Stretch - 350 mins

Since I exceeded my goal in September, I'm setting a higher bar for October -- 1200 minutes has been a good amount for me in the past, so I'm happy to be there again.
9/1: 0/80 miles & 0/500 minutes
9/2: 3.8 miles & 0 minutes; 3.8/80 & 0/500
9/3: 3.9 miles & 30 minutes; 7.7/80 & 30/500
9/4: 0 miles & 30 minutes; 7.7/80 & 60/500
Not a bad start to my month. This next week will be rougher, but I'm going to do great this weekend, and keep getting stretching and strength most days all week. Walking will be hard to fit in this week. Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday will most likely be skipped unless I feel like hopping on the treadmill, but that's still better than last month, when I skipped 6 days in the first 10. I'll definitely get at least a mile on Thursday (work related, but still counts, I go downtown and have a 1 mile route I walk for work on the 10th of every month for deliveries), and Friday should be good.
