Since I'll be working from home a few days a week now I'll have more time to post here, huzzah! October's weighing in has begun for me, my starting weight is 193.1 lbs. I've been holding on to a similar number since I restarted a few months ago, hoping that this is finally the month where I get to see the 180's again! Tomorrow I'll be starting the C25K program, for the first time using my phone instead of scribbling the intervals on my hand.
