Mid month check in. I've just been updating my original post.
I had a better second week, but fell and injured myself so I'm doing less strenuous weights the rest of the month and not pushing as hard on the longer walks. I had also increased the weight I was using to lift due to being away from home and that may have also contributed. I can't raise my right arm past a certain height without pain so I'm going to skip the shoulder workouts until this passes.
