Got my pain patch lowered to a smaller one Friday. Yesterday was the first day in a week I managed to stay awake all day without taking multiple naps. It just barely covers the pain but I would rather have a bit of pain and be alert than be completely pain free and be in bed and a zombie if that makes any sense. Medicines are sure tricky to get right.
I fed and watered the baby chicks this morning without feeling like I was going to fall over and worked out, now if I can stretch and get another bike session in I will feel really accomplished today. If I don't manage anything else I will still feel good though.
