good afternoon! had fun at tops ard today! got three awards! one was for summer's best loser. that's the one I knew I was getting. the other two were the area captain's weight loss challenge and special recognition. I forget the rules for the area captain's weight loss challenge but I lost 14 pounds for it. the third one was for having a positive attitude despite having personal struggles. my personal struggles were my mom's declining health and dying from cancer and now my dad's health.
HI! I am frustrated. I have been bumped out twice by this site after recording message. Drat! I am hoping that this will be a touchstone, not an aggravation.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Exercise: swam (kicked) yesterday, 15 min of gardening today, no abs.
Diet: B&J ice cream, protein bars, dark chocolate, bought gum, protein powder.
Other: Nothing.
GOALS:
Exercise: swim 5-6x/wk, abs, gardening.
Diet: record dessert, buy food mover, apple cider vinegar
Mindfulness: read book, meditate, don't eat when I am not hungry, don't eat standing up, in car, in front of tv, in front of fridge.
Other: sort stuff in den, bedroom and garage
