just got back from power walking to and from dinner tonight. also ran an errand on the way home. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk during my lunch break and running an errand. will go for another power walk and run another errand in a few minutes.

I had customers in my office during my work time. After I ate dinner I walked until it was too dark.

power walked to and home from my meeting tonight. didn't run my errand as I was running late would be late for my meeting if I did. I will run it tomorrow morning.
