power walked to a restaurant for dinner and home afterward. took the long way home as I went to the grocery store to get some groceries I forgot to get earlier. my fitness goals for today are done.

Hey everyone I am back
Been busy with my clinical year (I have 3-5 tests each week), and I stopped exercising for about 3 months
On the bright side, I only gained 5 lbs.
Already took 4 off with 2 weeks of PiYo, and have started a PiYo/T25 hybrid
Also doing 21-day fix (eating plan, not the workouts), and it is INCREDIBLE once you get the hang of it.
Today was PiYo Buns
