Over the past couple of weeks, I've begun to get back into exercising and fitness.
I've mostly been building up stamina with jogging, which is slow, but it's not something I really want to pursue because of knees. Once the weather gets nicer, I'll be back on my bike though, so I hope to go for rides a few times a week.
Otherwise, I plan on rotating through different crunches, sit ups, planks, lunges, and other similar exercises to tone muscle all over. Hopefully by the end of the month, I'll be totally jacked
So, I guess my goals are:
-Continue jogging until I can easily run 2 miles
-Bike 2-3x a week
-Do some sort of muscle-toning exercise 6 days a week

4/01: 75 min walk; 75/1500 min
4/02: 75 min walk; 150/1500 min
4/04: 75 min walk; 30 minutes of weight training (+ 30 minutes of brisk walking to the gym which I won't count) 255/1500 min
4/05: 105 min walk; 360/1500 min
4/06: 75 min walk; 435/1500 min
4/11: 75 min walk; 510/1500 min
4/12: 75 min walk; 590/1500 min
4/13: 80 min walk; 30 minutes of weight training; 710/1500 min
4/14: 75 min walk; 785/1500 min
4/15: 75 min walk; 860/1500 min
4/17: 75 min walk; 935/1500 min
4/18: 75 min walk; 1010/1500 min
4/25: 90 min walk; 1100/1500 min
4/26: 90 min walk; 1190/1500 min

My goals this month are:
-Jog a 5K!
-500 gym minutes
I am registered for 2 upcoming 5Ks...April 18th and May 2nd! I am going to try very hard to complete the April 18th one running the whole thing, but I still have a few weeks left in my training (and I'm only currently running just over 2 miles) so I know it's a stretch. I'm feeling very positive about the May 2nd one though It's going to be a busy month!
