  • Definitely in for April...going to do better this month and make up for March.

    Goal = 231 pounds by end of April. (no idea what my current weight is since I have been avoiding the scale but will update that later...hopefully my goal isn't too far of a stretch!)

  • Challenge accepted! A little less than 5# this month. I'd like to aim for 7# but with a lot of travel planned, I don't want to be unrealistic :/. I've noticed not putting too much pressure on myself helps me actually follow through.

  • Going to jump in on this challenge. I will only post weekly.
    I was 215.6 this am. Since I am working night shift tonight and it won't be an accurate am weigh in. I will try and post April fools too.

    My goal for April is 7 lbs to break me out of the 210's.
    I plan to get there calorie counting and starting c25k/yoga/walking.
  • I am in! I have a VERY optimistic goal for late May. I might not make it but at least I'd like to be as close as I can get... so yes I am going to set a very high goal. I am not starving or anything... Hehehe I'll just try my best.
