    Hey ladies! I'm in serious need of a boost, and I think some casual competition/encouragement might help me out.

    Is anyone interested in doing a friendly challenge from now until the 4th of July? We could do it based on pounds or Biggest Loser-style (percentage lost).

    Let me know if anyone's up for it!

  • Oooh, I'm definitely in! I have a wedding on July 7th and would love to lose 30+ pounds by then! I'm going to pretend like it's a July 1st challenge though since that's Canada Day
  • Me!! Im new on here and a competition is what I need. On my intro post I let everyone know Im a Army wife whos husband comes home about July 15th. I am looking to lose 40lbs by then!

  • Awesome! I'm thinking tracking by percentage of body weight lost might be best since, since our weights vary so much. Does that work for everyone?

    I was thinking I'll keep track of percentages weekly in a spreadsheet like they used in this challenge.

    When should we start? I'm up for jumping in tomorrow if everyone else is (I think that would end us on Canada Day, Laura78 ! Or if you'd rather keep it to exactly 22 weeks, that would be Wednesday.
  • Tomorrow would be great for me. Right now I weigh only on Mondays, but am thinking about tracking daily! Thanks for putting together the challenge!
  • I'd love to join this challenge too please! I'm also in a BL challenge at the moment, but that runs out at the beginning of April, and this will keep me going beyond then, and hopefully to goal!

    Starting tomorrow is great by me, I weigh in Sundays so will just put my weight down a day early.

  • I would love to join you folks in this challenge! I am participating in a Biggest Loser challenge at work but that ends on 4/13/2012 and this will motivate me to keep going after that time has passed.
  • Tomorrow is fine for me. I weigh-in on Fridays, but I will log my Friday weights on Monday since I only like to weigh-in once per week.
