Goodness, I have been away from my computer for too long. After the worst move ever, I am back. My treadmill is slammed up against a wall and I can't get it down yet because of all the boxes and JUNK we have, so I am going to be conservative and say 30 for the month since I might get a slow start.
Lisa I am with you...I was out of town a lot this week-end for a party...then working out of town with a long drive....and friday was date night...so...so far I have only 3 miles in. Sad....
I am with you all. I have been posting my exercise under the LowCarb exercise forum to help me keep up with it. I've done 7.5 miles so far this week and am trying for 50 miles this month. (I did 1.5 miles today).
Am I allowed to count elliptical miles on this? I alternate between treadmill/elliptical (and then run outside on weekends because I'm never home when it's light out during the week!).
If so, I'll go with a goal of 60 miles. So far, I'm at 8/60. Lots to go!

I am a newbie to running so my goal is just 30 min 3 times a week. I am still doing the couch to 5k program.. week 5 .. I do longer walk / runs on the weekend (depending on the weather) .. If I can go outside I will, but I am in Michigan so I am just trying to do the cold weather thing. I am a weather wimp.

Just did 5.5 miles on the elliptical while watching The Biggest Loser. I LOVE this show so much - it is so great for motivating me, and I always get such great workouts on Tuesday nights.
