I'm late to post here this month because I've been away, so here's a catch up:
1 Nov - 3.6 miles
3 Nov - 3k (Friendship Run)
4 Nov - 26.2 miles (New York Marathon)
8 Nov - 3.7 miles
Total - 35.3/125
I'm not too fussed about getting to 125 this month, I've just run two back to back marathons so am focussing on recovery, I do want to get to 1500 before the end of the year though - I'm currently at 1426.
Angie and I walked the mutts to Starbucks for their 3.25 miler this morning. I am working long days so I probably won't reach my goal...but I was way over the last 3 months...good news...I am maintaining!
Since I wasn't consistent with running, lasst month I switched to a 30minute walk 4 times per week. This month I increased to a 50 minute interval type walk and my goal is complete it 5-6 times a week. (next month weights!)
